ROOM FOR LIVING

This interior branding was actually a marketing project. We were asked to help sell the lofts at 100 Gold, but the lobby was basically an empty shell. We wanted a potential buyer entering the building to feel it was a place they could picture themselves living. We created this welcoming, sophisticated, yet easy care space which immediately became a gathering place for the building's occupants.
