Paa-ko Communities is located on the east side of the Sandia Mountains. The natural beauty once enjoyed by the ancient Anasazi has been preserved and enhanced with the careful integration of home sites and an award winning golf course. Experiencing the beauty of Paa-Ko leaves one with an awe inspired serenity. Paa-ko is best experienced by being there, but the length of the drive is a barrier to visits. We created marketing materials that capture the mystique and produce the desire to visit. Print pieces featuring beautiful lifestyle photos, ads based on Anasazi imagery from the site and a web site complete with the sound of crickets have lead to increased visits.
